After your 7-day free trial, your Pro Learn subscription starts automatically. You can cancel any time during the trial from Settings and you won't be charged a thing. Your progress, scores, and data are always saved.
You can cancel anytime via: (1) the Achieveness app — Settings → Subscription → Manage, or (2) your Account page on the Achieveness website (achieveness.com/account) → Manage billing & payment. Both routes open the Stripe billing portal where you confirm the cancellation. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.
If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, your card is never charged. For the first paid charge, you may request a refund within 14 days if you've used fewer than 3 sessions — just email team@achieveness.com with 'Refund Request' in the subject line. No. Voice audio is processed in real time to generate your coaching feedback and is not permanently stored on our servers after your session ends. Only your scores and debrief content are saved to your profile.
Achieveness is available on iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. Download it from the App Store or Google Play. A web version is not available at this time.
After every voice or text session, the AI Coach evaluates your performance across 8 communication dimensions: Goal Clarity, Politeness, Assertiveness, Persuasion, Handling Objections, Conciseness, Asking Questions, and Defining the Next Step. Each dimension is scored and explained in your debrief.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that microphone access is granted to the app in your device settings. Voice sessions require real-time audio processing. If the issue persists, try switching to a Text session or restart the app. If problems continue, contact us at team@achieveness.com.
Add-ons are one-time purchases available to Pro Learn subscribers that extend your monthly usage limits. They include extra voice minutes, additional text sessions, and more Tone Coach rewrites. Add-ons are purchased via the website and applied immediately to your account.
You can delete your account from Settings within the app. This permanently removes your profile, progress, and all associated data from our servers. Deletion is irreversible.
