You may cancel your subscription at any time through either of these channels:
Option A — Achieveness App:
Open the Achieveness app → Settings → Subscription → Manage → Cancel subscription.
Option B — Achieveness Website:
Go to achieveness.com/account → Subscription → Manage billing & payment → Cancel plan.
Both options redirect you to the Stripe Customer Portal, where your subscription is managed. Cancellation takes effect immediately — meaning no further charges will be made — but your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
If you experience any difficulty cancelling, contact us at team@achieveness.com and we will cancel on your behalf.
Your 7-day free trial gives you full access to Achieveness at no cost. Your card is stored securely but will not be charged during the trial.
If you cancel before the end of day 7, your card will not be charged — ever. Your access will continue until the end of the trial period.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically starts and you will be charged the price of your selected plan on day 8.
We send a reminder email before your trial ends. Check your inbox (and spam folder) if you want to cancel in time.
You may cancel your Pro Learn subscription at any time.
Monthly plan: Your access continues until the end of the current monthly billing period. You will not be charged for the following month.
Annual plan: Your access continues until the end of the annual period already paid for. For example, if you are billed on January 1st and cancel on March 15th, you will retain access until December 31st.
No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of any billing period, except as described in Section 4 below.
First charge — 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
We offer a refund on your first subscription charge if:
• You request it within 14 days of the charge date, and
• You have used fewer than 3 voice or text sessions since the trial ended.
To request a refund under this policy, email team@achieveness.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address on your account. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
Ongoing subscription payments.
Charges for billing cycles beyond the first are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the current period.
Annual plan — partial year.
Annual subscription payments are not refundable on a pro-rata basis. We strongly recommend starting with a monthly plan or using the free trial to ensure Achieveness is right for you before committing to an annual subscription.
Add-ons.
Add-on purchases (Voice Minutes Pack, Text Sessions Pack, Tone Coach Add-On, Sessions Booster) are non-refundable once they have been applied to your account, as they represent immediate consumption of additional capacity.
Technical failures.
If Achieveness was inaccessible or significantly degraded due to a failure on our side for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours), please contact us. We will review the situation and may offer a credit, extension, or partial refund at our discretion.
EU Consumer Rights.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. However, by explicitly requesting immediate access to the service during or after the trial, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be limited to the extent the service has already been provided. Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee (above) provides comparable protection. If you believe your statutory rights entitle you to a refund in a situation not covered above, please contact us and we will assess your request.
We always prefer to resolve billing issues directly. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at team@achieveness.com before filing a dispute with your bank.
If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Chargebacks found to be fraudulent or without valid basis may result in permanent account termination.
When you cancel your subscription, your account and all your progress data (session history, scores, playbook entries, etc.) are retained on our servers and will still be accessible if you resubscribe.
If you want your data permanently deleted, you can delete your account from Settings within the Achieveness app. This is a separate action from cancellation and is irreversible. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention.
