Please read these terms carefully before using Achieveness.
These Terms govern your use of the Achieveness mobile application and website. By using the service, you agree to be bound by them.

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using any part of the Achieveness application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service. By continuing to use Achieveness after any updated Terms are posted, you accept the revised version.
Achieveness is an AI-powered business communication coaching platform for professionals. It is operated by:

The service is available as a mobile application on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store).
To use Achieveness, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Not be prohibited from receiving the service under any applicable law.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements. Achieveness is intended for personal and professional development use only. Resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the service without our prior written consent is prohibited.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at team@achieveness.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.
Achieveness offers a 7-day free trial that gives you full access to every feature of the Pro Learn plan.
Card required. A valid payment method is required to start your free trial. Your card will not be charged during the trial period.
Auto-conversion. If you do not cancel before the end of day 7, your trial automatically converts to a paid Pro Learn subscription and your payment method is charged the applicable plan price.
Trial cancellation. You may cancel at any time before the end of day 7 via your account Settings in the Achieveness app or via your Account page on the website (achieveness.com/account). If you cancel before the trial ends, your card will not be charged and your access will continue until the end of the trial period.
We reserve the right to limit the number of free trials per person or household. Using multiple accounts to obtain multiple trials is prohibited.
Plans and pricing. Achieveness offers one subscription tier — Pro Learn — available in two billing cycles:
• Pro Learn Monthly: €49.90 per month, billed monthly.
• Pro Learn Annual: €44.90 per month, billed as a single payment of €538.80 per year.
All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required.
Recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorise us (via Stripe) to automatically charge your payment method at the start of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on your plan — until you cancel.
Billing date. For monthly subscribers, you are billed on the same calendar date each month (e.g. the 15th). For annual subscribers, you are billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription start date. If the billing date falls on a date that does not exist in a given month (e.g. the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month.
Payment processing. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By using the service, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend your access until the payment is resolved. We will notify you by email if a payment fails.
Price changes.We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice (via email) before any price increase takes effect. Price changes will apply from your next billing cycle after the notice period.
Add-ons are one-time purchases available exclusively to active Pro Learn subscribers that extend your monthly usage limits. They are purchased via the Achieveness website and applied to your account immediately.
Available add-ons:
• Sessions Booster: +75 voice minutes + 15 text sessions — €12.90
• Voice Minutes Pack: +75 voice minutes — €9.90
• Text Sessions Pack: +15 text sessions — €4.90
• Tone Coach Add-On: +100 rewrites — €4.90
Add-ons are tied to your account and cannot be transferred. Add-on units that are not used within the calendar month are forfeited and do not carry over to the following month. Add-ons are non-refundable once purchased and applied to your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. For full details on how to cancel and what happens to your access and data, please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
How to cancel. You can cancel via:
(1) the Achieveness app — Settings > Subscription > Manage, or
(2) your Account page on the Achieveness website (achieveness.com/account) > Manage billing & payment.
Effect of cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the service until then. You will not be charged again after your cancellation is confirmed.
Trial cancellation. Cancelling during the free trial results in no charge. Access ends at the end of the trial period.
Annual plan cancellation. If you cancel an annual subscription, access continues until the end of the annual period already paid for. No refund is issued for the remaining months, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Summary:
• Free trial: No charge if you cancel before day 7. No refund needed.
• First paid charge: A refund may be requested within 14 days of your first charge if you have used fewer than 3 sessions. Contact team@achieveness.com.
• Ongoing subscription: No partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period after cancellation.
• Add-ons: Non-refundable once purchased and applied.
• Technical failures: If we are unable to provide the service due to a fault on our side, we will issue an appropriate credit or refund at our discretion.
You agree not to:
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application or its underlying AI systems.
• Scrape, extract, or reproduce any content from the service for purposes outside your personal use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, data, or accounts.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the service outside of its intended interface.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or provide false information during registration.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to train competing AI systems or for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account access to any third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is violating these acceptable use requirements, without prior notice.
Our content. All content, technology, and materials comprising the Achieveness service — including the application, coaching scenarios, AI system, rubrics, scoring logic, visual design, and written content — are owned by or licensed to Achieveness di Edoardo Bianchi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written permission.
Your data. You retain ownership of your personal data (including your playbook entries, real-world logs, and session transcripts). By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store this data solely for the purpose of providing you with the Achieveness coaching service.
Feedback. If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
Achieveness uses AI language models and automated systems to deliver coaching feedback, session scores, and personalised recommendations.
Educational purpose only. AI coaching within Achieveness is designed for professional development and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional human coaching, mentoring, psychological support, or legal advice.
No guaranteed outcomes. We make no guarantee that using Achieveness will result in specific improvements to your communication skills, job performance, career outcomes, or other results. Individual outcomes vary.
Automated assessments. Session scores and feedback are generated automatically by AI. While we work to make these assessments accurate and useful, they may not always reflect a complete or nuanced picture of your performance. You may contact us at team@achieveness.com to request a review of any specific automated assessment.
AI limitations. AI systems can make mistakes, produce inconsistent outputs, or misunderstand context. We continuously work to improve the quality of our AI coaching but cannot guarantee error-free responses at all times.
We aim to maintain high availability of the Achieveness service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice where possible).
• Unplanned outages or technical failures.
• Failures in third-party infrastructure (including voice, AI, or payment services).
Voice sessions depend on real-time third-party infrastructure. Connectivity issues, device limitations, or network conditions outside our control may affect voice session quality.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. We will not be liable for any interruption or discontinuation of service, subject to applicable consumer rights.
The Achieveness service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by Italian and European Union law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Italian law or applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Italian or EU law.
• Your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
Achieveness integrates with and relies on the following third-party services to operate:
• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• LiveKit — real-time voice session infrastructure
• Cartesia — speech-to-text and text-to-speech
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI language model
These services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. By using Achieveness, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Achieveness service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Como, Italy, subject to the provisions below.
Consumer rights. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
EU Online Dispute Resolution. As required by EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes between consumers and businesses. You can access it at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address for ODR purposes is: team@achieveness.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, applicable law, or our business practices.
Notice of changes.For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email to your registered address or via an in-app notification, before the changes take effect.
Acceptance. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the service before the changes take effect.
The date of the most recent revision is always shown at the top of this page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
In the event of termination for cause (i.e. a breach of these Terms), no refund will be issued. In the event of termination for any other reason (e.g. discontinuation of the service), we will provide reasonable notice and refund any prepaid subscription fees on a pro-rata basis.
Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
